≪Basic Configuration≫
・Skid Car and Coil Car: A coil holding stand and shuttle cart used to load coil material onto an uncoiler.
・Uncoiler: Equipment that maintains and unwinds (pays out) coil material.
・Coiler Holder Opener: Equipment (opener) that pays out (unwinds) coil material and guides the material when it passes through a straightener, and equipment that prevents the coil from losing tension and unraveling.
・Hydraulic Shear: Equipment that cuts coil material into lengths and can also cut off the leading and tailing ends of coil material.
・Straightener: Equipment that uses multiple upper and lower rollers to correct coil set and flatten coil material as it passes through.
・Loop Table: A lifting /lowering table that supports the material loop when material is being threaded and when the equipment is operating in continuous mode.
・Counter Feeder: Equipment that intermittently feeds material in preset lengths via servomotor-driven upper and lower rolls.
・Micro Feeder (End Feeder): Equipment that feeds the tailing end of the coil into a press in preset lengths.
